Busy Beavers Preschool is an educational pathway for high school students to explore potential career opportunities within education, child care, and various other careers. This preschool simulation has served the Sidney, MT community since 1986. We are geared to providing 4- and 5- yearolds with unique learning experiences while also challenging student teachers to plan and execute various tasks.
Busy Beavers Preschool does not advertise our program but instead relies on word of mouth to fill our open spots. Our program costs $25 per 8-week session or $75 for the whole academic year. We operate 3 days a week for roughly 2 hours. During that time, preschoolers will learn various social skills and academic knowledge. Re: Immunizations for Busy Beaver preschoolers
Montana’s Department of Public Health and Human Services, informed us that starting with the 2014-2015 school year, the Montana Legislature has requested that we once again review the immunization status of children in preschools and Head Start programs.
Consequently, we will need to have a copy of your child’s immunizations on file as we have to submit a report by December 1, 2020. Montana compiles a state report and submits the total number of students per grade and their immunization status.
Since 2002, there have been immunization requirements for preschool children.
