Potential Costs: Students in any extracurriculars that travel must purchase an activities fee ticket from the office for $70. Traditionally, students are required to pay the $9 national due, $9 state due, and $9 local due. In some cases, funding will be available and students will not have to pay. If students compete in the state competition, they are required to purchase their own materials. The club will pay for the state competition fees and rooms as long as the student takes an active fundraising role. National competition fees will be solely the responsibility of the student attending.
The Sidney FCCLA chapter runs the Morning Grind Eagle Expresso in the morning to raise funds for the chapter projects. The MGEE started in 2001 as an entrepreneurial event at the MT state FCCLA competition and was wildly successful. We have a wide variety of flavors and drinks to choose from. The Morning Grind is run by FCCLA members who fill the roles of manager, workers, and, in some cases, customers. If you are interested in joining FCCLA, contact Ms. Ryan or any FCCLA member. We are now accepting credit and debit cards!
