Welcome to Band!

This class is the first step towards a musical adventure! Students who are interested in becoming members of our band program in Sidney start right here at level one! We take in students from grades 6 or 7 to start learning an instrument of their choice!

Instruments to choose from include:

* Flute * Clarinet * Alto Saxophone * Tenor Saxophone * Trumpet * F Horn * Trombone * Baritone * Tuba * Percussion (with a background in piano) *

Students who take this class will need the following materials:

*An instrument (either personally owned, through Eckroth, or through the school)

*Tradition of Excellence Book 1 Amazon Link

*A band folder (provided by the school)

*A letter size folder

*Pencils

*Water bottle (recommended)

*Combination Lock for instrument locker
