2023 - 2024 HS Registration
Welcome to all our new and returning Sidney High School parents and students for the 2023 - 2024 school year!
Sidney High School handles registration online rather than in person.
For those student families that are returning, be sure to log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal and verify your household contact information. If you do not have a Parent Portal log in, please call the HS office @ 406-433-2330 or email the HS Office staff, at firstname.lastname@example.org, or email@example.com.
*This is imperative regarding communication
between Sidney High School administration and staff and all Sidney High School students and their families.*
The portal can be accessed from any computer or smart phone and provides up to the minute data on your student's grades, homework, report cards, transcripts, lunch accounts, fees and schedules, not to mention any emergency information.
If you are unable to come to the building and already have access through the portal you may fill out the color coded forms on this page. (All Returning student forms are underlined and blue, all forms for students who are New to the district are underlined and red and Optional forms are underlined and green), simply click on the form and it will open a printable pdf or redirect you to the online form.
You will have to fill each form out in its entirety and for the forms that are only available in pdf format, you will need to print, complete and email the form to the office (firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.)
We would like to move toward using Google forms, which are fillable on any device, but signatures are required on many of our forms.
If you must print, you can still save yourself a trip. Simply take a picture with your phone and email it back to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.

Forms for students who are NEW to Sidney Public Schools!
All forms below are required for new students to the district. Excluding freshmen moving up from Sidney Middle School.
Sidney Enrollment Form Basic enrollment form (Google form)
Student Records Request will be sent to previous school
Student Internet Access Agreement student internet agreement, must be filled out annually
Home Language Survey choose one, this form is required only once
Student Residency Questionnaire this form can be filled out as many times as necessary

23-24 Free and Reduced Lunch Application (English) one form per family
23-24 Free and Reduced Lunch Application (Español) Solo un formulario por familia
23-24 Family Bus Form one form per family
FREE for student families who live over 3 miles from the furthest school of attendance. Optional for all students, regardless of distance. Sidney Public Schools does not provide door-to-door service; bus stops are utilized. For more information regarding bus stop locations/times, contact Martin Morales at the Bus Barn at 406-433-6370.
