Purpose: The purpose of the Sidney High School Student Council is to unify and direct student activities, to promote school spirit and good citizenship, and to create a sense of responsibility among the students.

Membership: Student Council members are elected by their peers. All students are invited to attend meetings, but only elected members can vote during meetings.

Activities: Student Council meets each week during the school year. Meeting times will be included in the weekly bulletin and on announcements.
