On Tuesday, September 30th, the 5th grade invited Mr. Wade VanEvery to speak to them about his sheep business. He brought in Lamb Chop, a 6 month old sheep, for a visit. Students are reading a book about a sheepherder in Montana, so this was a perfect connection! Many told of how they had never seen a live sheep or had been able to touch one. Lamb Chop was cooperative and seemed to enjoy the trip to town. This is the 4th year he has done this for us. We appreciate his enthusiasm and wealth of information!
