How To Request Facility Spaces

  • Click the 'Facility Use Request Portal' button above

  • Sign in with a personal Google or Microsoft account, or school issued domain Google account to start. Call or email SPS (info right) if you do not have a personal Google or Microsoft account

  • Find the venue and/or room you wish to use to start booking

  • Enter all relevent information

  • Submit and adminstration will start the approval process

  • Wait for an email confirming your event

  • Contact information is located to the right for a follow-up call, or if you have any issues with the portal.
