Reminder!

Eagle Country Ford is super excited to be able to host another Drive 4UR Community
event this year Oct 21st 2-6pm. Both West Side Elementary and Fairview
School District were accepted, so with that being said the person that goes and registers for the event gets to
pick which school gets the $20 for their drive. But on top of that this year Ford has tagged on an
additional $10 to Feeding America which our Feeding America affiliate here is Boys & Girls
Club. That’s $30 per qualified drive (and completed post survey) for our community from Ford
Motor Company!
1. $30 to our community just from registering and completing a post survey (if you do not want
to drive you do not have too).
2. Here is the link to register (if I do not see you come to the event, you can be "checked in" and you will get the post survey to complete:
https://d4urc.com/XDBR8
3. This is not a sales event, we will not be trying to sell you anything.
4. A chance to drive a new unit of your choice.
Thank you

The Youth Football Recognition on September 13 has been rescheduled! New date is TBD

Law enforcement contacted the school letting us know that that they were able to resolve the situation. All schools impacted by the threat have returned to normal activity. There are no restrictions at any building. We want to thank law enforcement for their communication with the school to ensure the safety of all students and staff members.

The Middle School and High School are in a brief Hold in Place over the lunch hour as there is a potential threat outside of the school buildings that may pose a threat to safety of students and staff. Students will not be allowed to leave the school campus over lunch as a result of the situation. Central Elementary is in a modified lockdown where students will be able to participate in recess until further notice but all visitors will be screened prior to school entry. Law enforcement is currently responding to a situation and we are in contact with them to ensure the safety of our students and staff is maintained.
Please do not call the school office or the secretaries at this time. We will get more information out to you as soon as possible. Students will not be able to leave campus without parents picking them up. A phone call will not suffice.

Here are the September breakfast and lunch menus.

The High School was in a brief "Hold in Place" this afternoon. A "Hold in Place" is a potential threat outside of the school building that doesn't pose an immediate safety concern for students or staff, but done in case the threat elevates. Law enforcement responded to a domestic situation across the street from school. Law enforcement did an excellent job of handling the situation effectively. No students were involved in the incident.
