Busy day for Mrs. Faulhaber's history classes! From Sir Thor to King Tyson and Queen Miss Jenn, much history was absorbed for the day! Medieval to Modern History saw our "monks" busy illuminating manuscripts, while Foundations of World History got to play with Playdoh to see how Sumerians wrote in cuneiform. Special thanks to Brook and Randy Nilsen for supplying some heavy-duty armor for Medieval to Modern World History.
What are our Culinary Arts classes up to these days? We're glad you asked! Here are some photos of a few of the classroom experiences for some of our students. Culinary 1 students are learning the fine art of slicing, dicing, and chopping healthy veggies. Lexi is in Culinary 3 and has been learning about FDA and USDA regulations. Here, she's come up with her own recipe for a healthy apple bar, and is testing the results.
