Culinary 2 just finished their chopped competition! In this competition the FCS teacher and the students who made the dish sample and evaluate the dish together focusing on flavor, presentation composition, and plating components.
Culinary 1 just wrapped up our annual Cupcake Wars Competition! Thank you to our judges Larysa Johnson (Mimi's Kitchen Co.), Kelly Wolfe (Mimi's Kitchen Co.), and Caroline Entz (Carries Sweets & Treats). We greatly appreciate your time!
