22-23

  • 3/16/2023

The district has a designated snow day built into the school calendar for the 22-23 school year.  At the February board meeting, the school board voted in favor of a resolution for the days missed in December due to inclement weather.  The resolution stated that the adopted calendar for the 22-23 school year allowed for the district to remain above the minimum aggregate hours of 1080 for all students in grades 4-12.  Since we will remain above that requirement for student hours, there is not a need to make up any days that have been missed this year due to weather.  The district would likely be required to use the designated snow day if a school closure is necessary this spring.  At this time, we will not be utilizing the designated snow day on the calendar.
