I attended Northwest Community College on a basketball scholarship, working towards an associate degree in Business Administration upon graduation. I then transferred to MSU-Billings and pursued a degree in English Secondary Education with English extended. I graduated in 2012 and began teaching in Sidney the following fall. In February of 2020, I obtained my Masters in Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum, and English, from Colorado State University-Global Campus.
I am married to my wonderful husband, Levi, a Sidney-native, and we have two children together, Lydia (4), and will be welcoming baby boy Weltikol in December. I absolutely love spending as much time as possible with family, often traveling throughout the year to see our many relatives. I live for being outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and camping. I also find time to enjoy movies/shows, playing cards and board games, watching football, writing, reading, wood-burning art, as well as weight-lifting and playing basketball.I am entering my 10th year of teaching at Sidney High School. I look forward to working with juniors and seniors and creating a great school year with them!
